Our Story
Filipino Cuisino wasn't planned — it was remembered. Every recipe on our menu comes from a lineage of Sunday gatherings, smoky kitchens, and the kind of cooking that makes you close your eyes and say "yes, exactly like that."
We bring those flavors to Pendleton with the same patience our grandmothers showed: slow-simmered adobo, bright sour soups, and grilled meats kissed by charcoal. This isn't fusion. This is faithful.
